Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Clearance or final sale items
- Personal care products that have been opened or used
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If a replacement is available, we will arrange an exchange. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a refund or another suitable solution.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process described above.
